Comments: Oakland Strokes and River City pulled out of regatta due to "unsafe" launching conditions, as both coaches claimed. LGRC and Brentwood launch all boats "safely" ,as everyday, and run scrimmage practice: 3x5'racing. I am posting best times out of three races.
