20+ mph sustained headwind with gusts of up to 30 mph throughout course. Significant white capping through first 1000m. Paddleboarders and kayakers caused poor lines for all boats and heats.
Comments: Dual ran in 3 heats. Heat 1 - Texas N4, Texas A&M N4, Texas Ltwt N4. Heat 2 - Texas V8+, Texas A&M V8+, Texas 4+. Heat 3 - Texas V4, Texas A&M N4, Texas N4.
Great racing by all crews considering terrible conditions. The Golden Oar stays in Austin for another year.
