Conditions: Intense gusting wind and driving rain that picked up throughout the day. Sometimes a quartering tail wind sometimes a slight headwind. All girls races went off from the starting docks.
Comments: Schools participating: St. Andrew's School (SAS), Holy Spirit (HS), TC Williams (TCW), Ocean City (OC), National Cathedral (NCS). Great job by all crews in some very difficult conditions - all things considered a great day of racing.
