Distance: 4000 meters Conditions: Course was shortened from 5k to 4k due to wind. Incoming tide. Head/cross wind first 2k turning to tail/cross wind the final 2k. The novice duel was a separate event which took place during the middle of the River City Junior Fall Regatta.
