Conditions: Gusty quartering headwinds & light chop over the first 1000 meters. Light rain. Conditions worsened slightly as races progressed.
Comments: Order of racing 4,2,1,3 to allow for hot-seating of Groton's 4th boat coxwain. Thanks to all boats and coaches for their grace under trying conditions.
