Distance: 1500m
Conditions: Moderate cross-tailwind from the NW, minimal chop. Conditions were fairly similar for all races. Racing from the starting platform to the 1500m mark on the Mercer Lake course.
Comments: The conditions and the rivalry made for good racing. In the 1st boat race the margin was tighter than the times suggest. Peddie beat Hun by about three feet, but the flag and the clock caught the margin at 0.3 seconds.
