Conditions: 2000m. In the Smith/Wellesley Varsity race Wellesley lost it's rudder at about 400 meters gone and rowed the last 1600 m without a rudder. In the Smith/Tufts Varsity race Tufts rower at #3 caught an over the head crab with about 10 strokes left in the race.
