Conditions: Ragatta conditions were 10-15mph tailwind, tail current, with rough open water. Race courses were shortened to 1200 meters with floting start, novice races were 750-1000 meters.
Comments: Scrimage between Old Lyme HS and Stonington HS, Novice boats had a difficult time with conditions. High winds and rough sea conditions led to reduced course lenghs and novice practice races.
