Conditions: Racing was delayed due to barge traffic so races were run against an increasing heavy outgoing tide and hard crosswind. Order of events was V8+, 2V8+, V4+, 3V8+.
Comments: USC wins the City Dual 5-2 in points. Thank you to UCLA for coming out and to everyone that helped put on a great dual!
