Distance: 1500m
Conditions: Headwind with moderate chop - full 1500m course. With 1000 meters down, the race was split by 2 high school 8's who rowed through the race, causing Brooks 6th to steer into another lane and wake from both the 8's and coaching launch.
Comments: Three completely novice crews - first race of the season. Good racing and steering by novice coxswains, particularly having to avoid oncoming boys' 8's rowing through our race.
