Conditions: 18 to 27 mph crosswinds consistent throughout the day made the first 500 meters un-rowable. A few shortened heats from varying distances were raced for fun by the first and second boats—our sincere thanks and gratitude to all the athletes, coaches, and spectators. Your patience and understanding were very much appreciated.
