Conditions: Over 200 competitors from 13 clubs participated in the regatta. While storms had swept through the surrounding area the night before causing flooding and power outages, water conditions were near perfect; however, the weather was quite warm and humid. The Sims Point Trophy was won by the Ann Arbor Rowing Club of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
