Comments: This event was the 37th year of the Lower Boat Regatta. It is intended for the most novice 4+ crews of NEIRA schools as well as others. The boat speeds correspond to 5th, 6th and 7th, boats in "A" , "B" and "C", respectively. Fastest crews are "A".
Choate and Rumsey Hall tied for points trophy.
