Conditions: Outgoing tide and 5pm tail wind
Comments: This was an inaugural race organized by Watuppa Rowing Center to promote sport of rowing in the South Coast of Massachusetts and City of Fall River. Invited were collegiate rowers or recent graduates that have ties to the area. It was a great display of rowing for the many spectators along the shore line.
