Distance: 1500 meters (upstream)
Conditions: flat water, calm, moderate current (17,000 cfs), great conditions for racing
Comments: Just after the start of the B3 race, Shrewsbury and NMH clashed oars and came to a stop. Boats were aligned and restarted, racing a shortened course. Thanks to Shrewsbury's athletes and coaches for making the trip to western Mass.
