Comments: MV4+: The Amherst College men's varsity four finished the race in 2nd place but was disqualified for moving into UMass/Lowell's lane, despite direction from a USRA official to steer clear. UMass/Lowell felt they were forced to alter their course for an extended period during the race to avoid a collision.
