Distance: 1500M Conditions: The day started with beautiful sunshine and a light breeze rippling the course only slightly. The tail wind was a bit stronger for the fours races at the end of the morning. Comments: Shrewsbury B2V, rowing with the first boats, lost the skeg 500m in to the race, and continued on, steering with the coxswain's hand. The B3V race started about 50 meters over the line. Crabs played a part in several races. G3V (Malden and Duxbury), B3V (Malden), B1V (Worcester), and GV four (Medford A, twice), all recovered and continued to race.
Thanks to all for coming. Good luck with the remainder of the season.
