Conditions: 10-12 mph cross head wind, moderate chop; rain early on. Order of races: V4A, 2V, 1V, 3V. The 2V and 1V had the better water of the day. V4B reported on Flight B results.
Comments: In the V4A race: Northeastern was in third behind Ohio State and Dartmouth when, 500m to go, they caught an over-the-head boat-stopping crab. They were still in third when they recovered.
In the 3V race: both Dartmouth and Ohio State lost their rudders at the starting line and were unable to race.
