Distance: 2000m
Conditions: Mostly Sunny, temps in mid 50s. Winds NW at 20-22mph with higher gusts. Winds made for some nasty, erratic conditions but the water remained glassy throughout racing. Princeton retains Murtaugh Cup, Columbia retains W.I.T. Cup.
In 2V8 race, Columbia ruled to have impeded the Naval Academy during race thus resulting in relegation to third place.
Comments: Thank you to all of the volunteers who came back to the course on a Holiday weekend to run another regatta. Special thanks to Col. Mike Paulovich for being a superb referee in very challenging conditions and to Ed Hewitt for aligning his 374th consecutive regatta on Lake Carnegie.
