Conditions: Following current, variable gusting head wind increasing throughout the day. The water was choppy when the wind was up, but less so when the wind was mild.
Comments: Floating start so times should not be compared as the start positioning was variable. **In the boys first boat race boats started once and about 400 meters into the race the CRI boat pushed into Kent's lane pushing Kent toward St. John's. In order to avoid a 3 boat crash, race was stopped and crews rowed back up to the line for a restart.
