Conditions: Strong, gusty winds and semi-rough conditions, especially for the first 1000m. Cross-head to head wind for all races. Last 1000m of race course mostly protected. Rain to heavy downpour for much of the day. Most races (all small boats, fours, most novice races) were cancelled due to conditions.
