Conditions: Very strong cross headwind with medium to heavy chop. Two women's fours swamped and racing was suspended before the men's fours events. Floating starts with challenging alignment, and no lane lines.
Comments: Lots of fours and a full second round of races were planned but canceled. USRowing referees on the water deemed it too dangerous to continue.
