No buoy lines in place, replaced every 500 meters. First round 1V8: Wisconsin and Iowa hit no-wake buoys. Wisconsin hit with 750 meters to go(was one boat back of Oregon State). Iowa hit with 150 meters to go (was even with UCF at time)
