Distance: Various
Conditions: 5-7mph cross headwind from starboard. Flat, non-moving water. Conditions consistent for all races.
Comments: 3200m straight shot down the lake side-by-side off a paddle start for the varsity crews. Freshmen raced three 5-minute pieces and St. Ignatius won all three by open water; 2F/Novice raced two 5-minute pieces and St. Ignatius won both by open water. Steering by American rules. Shirts bet off the back in the American tradition. Great day of racing on beautiful Lake Wilhelm at Goddard State Park in Sandy Lake, PA. The Rustbelt will rise again.
