Conditions:
(NOTE: morning conditions were much worse at times resulting in delays)
Morning race conditions (OSU/UVa and UNC/U-M) were very windy and rainy, with a steady 15 knot southerly cross-headwind gusting at times to 25 knots.
Afternoon conditions were mostly sunny and dry, with a moderate to stiff southerly cross-headwind steady between 7-10 knots gusting to 15 knots.
