Rowing has set high school students on new path -away from life of poverty. First recipients of Arshay Cooper Rowing Scholarship at Northfield Mount Herman School, Fernando Garcia and Janelli Garcia (not related) from San Miguel Program in Newburgh, NY. The full scholarship covers all expenses.
