Chris Snyder - American Development Model & Long-term Athlete Development
Chris Snyder is the Director for Coaching Education in the Sports Performance Division of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC). His responsibilities include discovering and providing resources to better benefit sports culture and the National Governing Bodies that service sport in our great nation. In addition, Chris is focused on supporting both the Sport Performance Department and Team USA coaches as they strive to be the best they can be. Chris has coached for over 10 years at both the collegiate and high school ranks and is currently an assistant coach at Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Dr. Withycombe conducts diversity education workshops, talks, and planning sessions all over the United States. Jenny coached at the University of Colorado, has been rowing for 21 years and is the women's captain at her master's club in Oregon. This webinar will focus on current issues and unique challenges found within educational institutions and sport. Her focus will be on best practices and real-world strategies for Inclusion.
