With less than a week to go, most rowers have a variety of numbers in mind: the temperature at 5AM, their stroke rate, split, heart rate and seat number, and maybe the number of donuts 2 x 5k warrants (2). In the HOCR office, the number on our mind is 10 (HOCR countdown and variable forecast) but we’ve collected some digitz to help inform you on all those numbers behind the 49th running of the Head Of The Charles Regatta.
