Helmut Berthold – Greater Columbus Rowing Association
Won five gold medals and a bronze medal at the 2013 USRowing Masters National Championships., three of which were in single events. His performances and leadership helped his team win the efficiency points trophy at masters nationals.Aisha Chow – Bair Island Aquatic Center
Won the 2013 C.R.A.S.H.-B. World Indoor Rowing Championships in the Masters 30-39 category. Placed second in both the A and B single sculls at the 2013 USRowing Masters National Championships. Won gold at the in W1xA and W1xB at the 2013 USRowing Northwest Masters Regional Championships. At the 2013 USRowing Southwest Regional Championships, placed first in the W1x AA-C category, W8+ C category, and Mixed2x A-J category.Eve Green – Saugatuck Rowing Club
Competed in five events at the 2013 USRowing Masters National Championships. At 81, she was the oldest female competitor. Won gold in the women’s lightweight I double sculls and silver in the mixed G four with coxswain. Part of the team that won the all-points trophy at masters nationals.Alex Mastroyannis – Potomac Boat Club
Recorded an undefeated season. Won gold in the A8+ at the San Diego Crew Classic. Won gold in the AA8+ and the A4+ at Diamond States. Won gold in all six events he competed in at the 2013 USRowing Masters National Championships.Jack Nunn – Long Beach Rowing
He won his age group in the CRASH-B Long Beach satellite regatta (regional qualifier). Won the men’s pair, men’s double sculls, and men’s four at the Spring Regatta Long Beach. Won the masters B eight and the club boat race at the San Diego Crew Classic. At the World Masters Games, he won gold in the MC8+, Men’s A8+, Men’s A4-, and Men’s A1x.
