Philadelphia is not immune to occasional thunderstorms during the spring, and a doozy rolled over the Schuylkill this year during the finals of the Dad Vail Regatta.  The peak of the wind and rain hit during the Women's Heavyweight Varsity 4+ final.  The race was won by Bowdoin in a time of 9:09, yikes.
