The idea behind creating the event came from the founder's observation that there were very few rowing competitions specifically for female athletes. The aim was to establish a competition exclusively for women, highlighting their strength, courage, and unique charm in the sport of rowing.
The event's theme color is purple, which has long been associated with royalty and nobility. In ancient times, purple dye was rare and expensive, thus becoming a symbol of power and wealth. In ancient Rome, only nobles were permitted to wear purple robes, leading to the phrase "Born to the Purple," which signifies being born into privilege.
In more recent centuries, purple has become a favorite color among many women. Unlike the traditional pink, purple has a deeper meaning. It reflects inner strength, power, self-esteem, and equality with men. In matters of love, women who favor purple are often seen as independent and talented, standing on their own.
The success of the event was widely appreciated by all the athletes. The exclusive competition souvenirs and thoughtful, warm services provided during the event created an unprecedented experience for the participants.
The founder of the event stated that future competitions will incorporate more concepts and elements that highlight the charm of female rowers, with the goal of making the RoseRegatta a globally renowned rowing event.
