Brutal end to the final at World Cup II in Lucerne.  The Australians led Great Britain until 20 meters to go when Josh Dunkley-Smith caught a boat stopper that let the Brits through for the win.  (video here worth checking out plus photo sequence here) The two crews would later finish 1, 2 again at the Rio Olympics.
