May 17, 2015, ~9:24 a.m. start, Race 09, Heavyweight Varsity Eight Heat Two, Lake Quinsigamond, Worcester, Massachusetts. Weather: A glorious morning on Lake Quinsigamond. Tail wind out of the North for the second heat of the varsity eight race, but it dropped from the earlier race when Yale laid down that 5:33. Tail wind measured at an average of 4.03 mph parallel to the course as measured at the camera site along the rail on Regatta Point. The early overcast was burning off yielding sunny skies. Temps in the low 70s F.
