Row upstream 50 m; turn 180 degrees; backrow up to a buoy; touch the buoy with the stern three seconds; race start and 50 m downstream; turn 180 degrees and row upstream slalom between orange buoys; turn 180 degrees and row 50 m downstream square blades.
