Now boasting the largest female roster on campus, the highly energized team and staff has experienced a large culture shift, focusing on developing the whole student-athlete. Coach Adams values the importance of empowering the women she coaches and makes every member of the team feel valued. While rowing is a team sport, it is the celebration of the individual athlete that sets Villanova Women’s Rowing apart from the competition.
"The entire Athletics Community at Villanova is enthusiastic about developing a nationally recognized D1 rowing program. The newly found synergy, competitiveness, and mental-toughness are the backbone of our training. Many miles have been logged on the erg this winter.
