2017 Outlook
"The entire squad had a solid showing in the fall races and we have been working hard indoors since coming off of the water in late November. Led by a strong senior class, the hard work and attitude of the team has been impressive. The development and performance of the freshmen and sophomore classes will be key to our success in every boat class in 2017 and they’ve been working hard to develop into role-players at every level. The heavyweight league looks to be tight again this year, with several experienced crews in the mix at the top. Our traditional schedule looks very competitive this year. After racing on the road for almost the entire spring season last year, we are looking forward to racing here on Carnegie nearly every week in April this year. We expect to race fast boats every weekend throughout the spring and we are working hard to be ready to give our best at every level every weekend."
-Head Coach Greg Hughes
