2017 Outlook
"Even though Fordham graduated a few key rowers from the Varsity 8+, the success they enjoyed last spring continued throughout this past Fall season. We were excited to welcome back all eight rowers from last year's 2V8+ that saw tremendous success at the A10 Championships and the Dad Vail Regatta, among other accomplishments. The new additions to the roster from the 2020 recruiting class have become significant assets, working their way to earn seats in the V8+, 2V8+ and V4+. With the addition of a novice 8+ of walk on athletes, the program has stretched to over 5 8's - the largest squad in the history of the program! We look forward to a very promising spring season!"

2013 Outlook
"Fordham Rowing has made a commitment to racing collegiate lightweights at the highest level. In 2012 the Fordham lightweights signaled a return to the national stage with a 3rd place finish at the Dad Vail. This was the first lightweight crew to race in any regatta since the Fordham Lightweights earned a bronze medal at the 2008 IRA National Championships. This fall our returning lightweight 4 finished 2nd amongst US universities at the Head of the Charles. With a growing squad of motivated lightweights Fordham plans on returning to the National Championships."
