Head Coach - Beau Hoopman, 1st year
2023 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 15th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 15th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 15th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 4
2024 Seniors - 4
2024 Outlook - "We are a very young team, with fewer athletes than past years. Depth is still an issue, however, it’s a tight-knit, motivated group with great senior leadership."
-Head Coach Beau Hoopman
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 27th year
2022 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 12th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 9th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 13th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 18th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 4
2023 Seniors - 12
2023 Outlook - "Our depth is still being affected by our minuscule junior class (3 guys). We have not 'backfilled’
with enough quality novices (although a few are outstanding) and the majority of our HS rowing recruits look like deer in the headlights when confronted with a D1 training regimen. On the plus side though the team is in an excellent place with culture and professionalism. Our 1V will be competitive in the spring."
-Head Coach Chris Clark
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 26th year
2021 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 11th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 11th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 8th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 9th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 8
2022 Seniors - 9
2022 Outlook - "Covid really killed us with numbers. We were not allowed walk-ons last year and consequently we have four total sophomores. Usually, we have around fifteen. This lack of depth will really affect us more than usual, as frosh will be pressed into service in higher boats than they are ready for.
"On the good news front, the V8 will be populated by guys who for us, are pretty experienced. Like a lot of teams, Covid has led to some pent up frustration and the guys are excited to take it out on the water."
-Head Coach Chris Clark
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 24th year
2019 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 14th at Sprints, 16th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 14th Sprints, 13th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 10th at Sprints, 11th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 15th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 5
2020 Seniors - 16
2020 Outlook - "Last season was the weakest year in my entire tenure in terms of our power and experience. This spring, the outlook is rosier. The frosh have some bodies that harken back to the Wisco crews of old; nasty, get-after-it types. We fully expect these members of the Class of ’23 will be big contributors by IRA-time."
-Head Coach Chris Clark
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 23rd year
2018 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 11th at Sprints, 12th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 8th at Sprints, 11th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 11th at Sprints, 11th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 2
2019 Seniors - 10
2019 Outlook - "If we were a baseball team, we’d be singles hitters and base-stealers. Homerun hitters we are not. However, this team resembles some of the Wisco teams of old; will race and perform on command."
-Head Coach Chris Clark
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 21st year
2017 Finish

- 2nd Varsity 8 - 13th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 9th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 10th at IRAs
- Freshmen 8 -

Head Coach - Chris Clark, 20th year
2016 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 12th at Sprints, 19th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 6th at Sprints, 5th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 6th at Sprints, 7th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 5th at IRAs
- Lightweight 4 - 6th at IRAs
- Freshmen 8 - 4th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 7
2017 Seniors - 13
2017 Outlook - "Hopefully the light we see at the end of the tunnel is the good kind. We’ve a had a real 'dip' in the trend-line for our V-8 starting in 2013. Finally, things are starting to turn. 2017 should be a
return to speed."
-Head Coach Chris Clark
Head Coach - Chris Clark, 19th year
2015 Finish
- Varsity 8 - 12th at Sprints, 15th at IRAs
- 2nd Varsity 8 - 8th at Sprints, 12th at IRAs
- 3rd Varsity 8 - 8th at Sprints, 8th at IRAs
- Varsity 4 - 4th at IRAs
- Lightweight 4 - 7th at IRAs
- Freshmen 8 - 2nd at Sprints, 4th at IRAs
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 1
2016 Seniors - 10
2016 Outlook - "Last year, I wrote for the Row2k preview these words: 'The bodies are here now; this is an extremely lanky team which is our model. While rowing is a team sport, it is also profoundly individual. For us to be successful in 2015, a few of those individuals need to rise and lead. The story of this season hinges upon that factor.' We were ‘unhinged’ all season long in 2015 and for 2016 to be successful by our standards (winning), that 2015 quote and the indispensable conditions for our success must be met."
