"Every season reveals a completely new look and team given the graduation of seniors and how those students who now comprise our current varsity for the year respond to one another as friends and teammates, and how they collectively train and productively spend their time in and out of practice whilst a college student-athlete.

"I know the guys on the team are eager to have the winter over, as many of the northern crews feel at this time, and have the 2012 Spring season begin.

"It is always a work and surprise in progress due to the knowns, but more so, the many unknowns which one comes upon along the way."
