These rowers are joined by 5 recruits who will add and continue to build on the speed from 2022. The team spent the fall getting strong, tweaking technique and preparing for the spring race season. Rollins has 6 race weekends scheduled between racing on their home course on Lake Maitland, Sarasota, Tennessee, Philadelphia and a potential trip to Oregon to see some west coast teams that they don’t normally get to race. There is a lot of excitement at the boathouse and the team is prepared to put in the effort to be successful both on the water and in the classroom. 2022 Outlook - "The Rollins Men are excited to get back to a normal race schedule. Due to college protocol last year (2021) the team was only able to race one time. This year we have a full slate of events that have us racing on our home course 3 times and then traveling to Sarasota, NJ, GA, TN and Dad Vails in Philadelphia. It’s been 2 years since Rollins has been out on the road competing and we are excited to see where we stand in the ranks of the teams across the country. There is a lot of pent up energy and excitement from not racing for two years! The team has been and continues working to harnessing this in a positive way on the race course and through our training and appreciation of what we do have on a daily basis."
