2011 Outlook "The team has been working hard to improve and there is a tremendous amount of enthusiasm this year to reach our goals. We have a big sophomore class and energetic freshmen that are pushing hard and our juniors and seniors are doing a great job of leading and showing the way. We are excited to get on the water yet the long New England winter has been helpful to improve our strength and fitness. The team is very motivated and committed this year and we looking forward to another great season of racing."

- 2V8 - 2nd at Eastern Sprints

2010 Outlook "We have a young team with lots of talent and enthusiasm. More then half of our team are freshmen. This past fall our lightweight freshmen eight finished the fall season placing 5th amongst 29 heavyweight crews at the Foot of the Charles.
"Our team is the largest lightweight squad we have ever had at Radcliffe. We are hoping to enter each event at Sprints. We have an ambitious spring race season, we are meeting nearly every strong lightweight program in the country (Buffalo, Georgetown, Stanford, Princeton, Bucknell, MIT and Wisonsin). We are hoping lots of race opportunities and plenty of strong competition will prepare us for our Championship races. Our goal is to medal at both Sprints and IRA's, something we have not done is quite a while."
