- Varsity 8 - 4th at Sprints, 5th at IRAs, 2nd College at HOCR, 2nd at Princeton Chase

2012 Outlook "With seven weeks to go before our first race against Navy, the team is in a good spot. We just finished up a productive training trip in Tampa and we have open water on Lake Carnegie in February for the first time in several years. We face very tough opponents on the road this year in Navy, Yale, and Harvard so we are doing everything we can to prepare ourselves."
-Head Coach Martin Crotty
Head Coach Martin Crotty, 2nd year
2010 Finish
- Varstiy 8: IRA and Eastern Sprints Champions
- 2nd Varsity 8: Eastern Sprints Champions
- Freshmen 8: 3rd at Eastern Sprints
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 7
2011 Seniors - 7
2011 Outlook "The guys are getting ready for another difficult campaign. We were able to get 100% of what we had planned in Texas complete, so hopefully that will counter what looks to be one of the longest winters in decades. Competition for the top seats on our team is fierce and so far this year the lines between 1V/2V guys and 2V/3V guys are blurry. Overall, the entire group is on track physiologically. The frosh are also coming along well after a great start to their careers in the fall."
-Head Coach Marty Crotty

2009 Finish
- Sprints Champs
- IRA Champs
- Henley Royal Regatta - Temple Cup Champs
- 1st Collegiate Crew at Head of the Charles - Lightweight 8
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 4
2010 Seniors - 7
2010 Outlook "We know every race this spring will be a huge challenge. I am excited about how the guys are preparing so far. Continued strong leadership from the seniors has had a positive impact on some of our younger guys that are going to have big roles to play."

2012 Outlook "The entire squad had a strong showing in the fall races and we have been working hard indoors since coming off of the water in November. The senior class has stepped up in their leadership role and the addition of last year’s freshman class to the varsity ranks has had a positive impact on the team’s standards. We have a large Sophomore class this year, and their development and performance will be important to the success of this year’s team. I have been impressed with the squad’s hard work and attitude. The heavyweight league looks to be tight again this year, with several solid crews in the mix at the top. Our traditional schedule looks very competitive this year and we can expect to see strong opponents every weekend throughout the regular season."

2010 Outlook "After a solid performance this fall, the squad has been working hard throughout the winter to prepare for the Spring season. This year’s crop of seniors have been setting a strong standard for the squad and the rest of the team has been following their lead. It is my first year with the squad and I have been impressed with the hard work and the approach to getting it done every day. Our traditional schedule looks very competitive once again this year and we will see several strong opponents during the regular season."

2012 Outlook "Last year was a record breaking year. It was an amazing season without one loss in the varsity eight in both the fall and spring racing seasons. There were many hard fought races and lessons learned. This season is a mystery. The team has been working hard and as always has more to accomplish. Our senior class looks to make an impact in every boat. We have had a mild winter so more time on the water than usual. We look forward to a very competitive racing season. As always the league looks strong."
-Head Coach Lori Dauphiny

2011 Outlook "The team had a great fall season placing first at the Head of The Charles in the Championship Women's Eight! They excelled at the Princeton Chase as well. We know the Fall does not determine the leaders in the spring so the team is working hard through the winter in anticipation of the spring season. Our race schedule this spring will be one of the toughest in the country. It is a young team with a fairly small but strong senior class who lead by example. It looks to be a long winter in New Jersey and we can't wait to get back on the water."
-Head Coach Lori Dauphiny

- Varsity 4: 4th at Sprints, 14th at NCAA
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 7
2010 Seniors - 8
2010 Outlook "Our racing in 2009 was solid. We finished in the top 3 collegiate crews at the Charles and the Chase. However, we learned that there is room for improvement. We are ready to get back on the water and test our ability now. We have a very aggressive spring racing schedule where we will meet up with some of the best crews in the country.
"We currently have 8 seniors on our team. I look to them to lead the team this spring. Our freshman class is a lot of fun and they have already added much to our program. We look forward to returning to the water and testing our speed."
