2011 Outlook
"In our 2010 outlook, I commented on having a young team. Looking back, it was much more experienced than the group we have this year. With an even younger varsity this spring, we may experience some growing pains. However, I am very excited about this group as we're starting to finally develop some depth that should lead to real competition for seats in the varsity. The attitude among the members of the team is fun to witness - they are pushing themselves hard in training and I'm confident they will race even harder this spring."

2010 Outlook
"In spite of returning nine seniors this year, I feel like we're still a very young team. I expect sophomores to occupy a number of seats in the varsity eight this spring. The team understands that because of their relative inexperience, they need to work especially hard to be in position to win races this year and everyone from the freshman to the coaching staff has taken this challenge personally. It has been very exciting to watch the team's development as the year has progressed and I can't wait to see what they are capable of achieving this spring."
