2013 Outlook "With only three returning athletes from last years varsity 8 a lot of people, seniors through freshman, are stepping up into new roles. The training momentum that we are creating right now is getting everyone excited about getting back on the water and racing. We are looking forward to a challenging spring racing schedule with a mix of very competitive dual races and some bigger regattas throughout the season. We know that everyone in the Patriot League is excited about the automatic qualifier to the NCAA championships, and we know the competition for that in May at the Patriot League Championships will be fierce."

2012 Outlook "We are looking forward to a challenging spring racing schedule with our largest squad ever. We have our largest senior class as well this year, so there should be some good experience spread throughout our championship squad. We also have a group of talented freshman who are stepping up to the challenge and showing us that they want to compete on the varsity level now. We hope continue the momentum that we have created so far this semester to progress throughout the spring as we work towards the Patriot League Championships at the end of April. We also look forward to adding some bigger regattas to our schedule this year, returning to the Murphy Cup, Knecht Cup, and Dad Vail Regatta as a team."

2013 Outlook "After last year's silver medal performances in the 1V and 2V at national regattas, enthusiasm and expectations are high within our current group. Our freshmen and sophomore classes continue to push the upperclassmen on the ergs and on the water which has created a great on-water racing dynamic. I expect this trend to continue with young talent taking seats in the top 2 8's and those two 8's to vie for medals at our championship regattas. Our busy schedule features duels with Drexel, Hobart, Williams and Holy Cross and regatta appearances at Murphy Cup, San Diego (V8), Knecht Cup and ECAC. Our full team will return to the Dad Vail Regatta for the first time since 2009 and we close out our campaign at the ACRA National Championships."

2012 Outlook "Talent at the top is young but eager, with many sophomores vying for seats in the Varsity 8+. I expect the seniors to be in leadership positions in both the 1V and 2V. Our racing schedule includes an appearance at the Knecht Cup and duels with Rutgers, Delaware, Drexel, Hobart, Marist, and Holy Cross. Our team goal is the be the fastest we can be come May with championship appearances at the ECAC and ACRA."

2010 Outlook "In each of the past 5 years, the team has shown steady growth and improvement. We have had excellent speed in our freshman program during this time. This fall the culmination of bringing up the best athletes from the last 3 classes resulted in historic firsts for the program at the Head of the Charles and Schuylkill. The entire squad has become mature racers who bring focus and intensity to their training.
