2014 Outlook
"We are looking forward to a challenging spring racing schedule with one of our largest squads ever. We have a core group of motivated returners, and a very large group of talented freshman who are stepping up to the challenge and showing us that they want to compete and contribute on the varsity level now. The whole team has been focused on making each day count since we've been back this semester, and carrying that momentum forward into the spring racing season. We are excited to head back to the Knecht Cup and Dad Vail Regatta as a full team this year, and can't wait for the competitive challenge that new Patriot League members Boston University, Georgetown and Loyola will bring to the league this spring."

2014 Outlook
"We will be as fast as our training, technical abilities, and mental toughness allow. After a disappointing 2013 campaign, the remnants of that team have been hard at work to ensure 2014 goes a bit better. Leadership from a seasoned senior class backed by some gifted underclassmen has created a great training environment and thus far that training has been progressing quite well. Morale is high as is the quality of work being done and as such there is optimism for the teams' spring success. Time will tell. Every day counts as we prepare for our most challenging spring racing schedule to date."

  • Varsity 4 - 6th at Dad Vails

2014 Outlook
"With five athletes returning from last year's VL8, including three very strong seniors, we have some great experience and leadership. A surging group of sophomores and some talented freshmen newcomers look ready to step up in a big way. The entire Bucknell team has been working extremely hard through the winter, and we're seeing exciting gains in strength and fitness across the board. We're focused on making each day count, and are looking forward to getting lots of great racing experience this spring leading into the Dad Vail and IRA Championships."
