2020 Outlook - "I'm excited about the potential for this group this spring. As this is only our second year as a program we still are still made up primarily of sophomores and freshmen, so there is a lot that our guys are still learning. We have a strong core from last year's squad that's gained a year of experience, plus a few additions that I think have a good chance to break into the top group. I'm also really excited to see the jump that a lot of our second-year rowers have made as they've adapted to collegiate rowing's demands."

2019 Outlook - "For a 'Varsity 8+' that was comprised entirely of freshmen we had a very successful fall season, including a close second-place finish to Marietta in their home race and finishing ahead of MSOE and close behind Grand Valley in our final fall race. Our goal this spring is to build on that success by continuing to raise the bar for our standard of excellence. If we can do that we'll have the opportunity to have some results on the national stage this spring."

2020 Outlook - "This group made huge strides last year in our first year as a program, including making the Grand Final of the V8+ at our conference championships in the spring and barely missing out on the Grand Final of the Frosh/Novice 8+ at Dad Vail. Our team is still mostly comprised of freshmen and sophomores, so we're still young. But we brought back the core of last year's 8+ that seem to be making great strides in their second year of collegiate rowing, and we've added some talented freshmen that have made an immediate impact, so I'm pumped to see how this group does this season."

2019 Outlook - "As a first-year program we leaned heavily not only on our freshmen but on our walk-ons as well this fall. As a result we saw a lot of growth in the quality of our boats as November rolled around, highlighted by some close results with talented varsity D1 programs in our final races. With the past few months of winter serving as an opportunity for our young squad to more fully develop as collegiate oarswomen I think we'll have the ability to place well this spring at our conference championships if we continue to develop and gel as a unit."
