The Colgate Snow Coxed Four

The photos in our latest reader gallery - The Colgate University Snow Coxed Four - were submitted by the Colgate women's crew team, who are "trying to keep in the rowing spirit while dealing with our extra-long winter. We have a small lake to row on, and it tends to stay frozen for a while. Generally we get on the water at least 3 weeks after most D1 collegiate crew teams, so we have to keep morale high somehow!"
The crew rows pretty well for having been born and taught to row in a couple hours time; unfortunately, we suspect their career will be extremely short. Thanks to assistant coach Carrie Champigny for sending the photos for our collective amusement.
