Conditions: Strong 15 mph headwind against moderate current. Rolling, choppy water. Some whitecaps.
Comments: Order of racing: 4V, 3V, 2V, 1V. *Georgetown 3V was an exhibition entry because a spare rower was used who did not allow the crew to meet the 155.0 average weight.
