Distance: 1500m
Conditions: 48F, cloudy, light headwind, flat water. The wind peaked during the 1st eight race, but was generally light.
Comments: The boys' 3rd eight race stopped and restarted at the 1300m mark due to collision.
The boys' 4th eight was very close (2-3 seats) when the crews clashed oars under the bridge in the last 200m of the race. Neither crew seemed very disrupted by the clashing, but the steering did affect the margin. This was a very close and competitive race from start to finish.
Thank you to the Tabor athletes and coaches for making the trip up to Concord and for the excellent racing.
