Distance: 2,000-meters
Conditions: Varsity 8+ and Freshman 8+: Water was choppy with quartering tailwinds the first 250-meters, before flattening out the rest of the course. Juinor Varsity 8+: Turned into a timed piece due to ice floating into the race course.
Comments: Junior Varsity 8+ race turned into a six-minute timed piece due to ice floating into the race course. Gonzaga earned the victory by a length and three-quarters.
Freshman 8+: There was a clash at the 1,000-meter mark when Gonzaga encroached into UC San Diego's water. UC San Diego had to stop and restart.
