Conditions: 9,000 cfs tail flow; moderate headwind consistent throughout the day; very cold but good conditions.
Comments: 10th annual running of the Allegheny Boat Race. 5th, 4th and 3rd boats raced 2 miles (4th boats started a bit below the line). 2nd boats raced 3 miles. 1st boats raced 4 miles. All starts were from the paddle and side-by-side, with opportunity to steer into another crew's water once clear ahead. Particular thanks to St. Ignatius for driving out of Cleveland in a blizzard to come race!
